How long will it take to receive my items after I place my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours though it may take up to 48 hours after order placement before it is shipped out.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location in the world. Most orders will arrive in 4-14 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for delivery times to your specific country.

How much is delivery?
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $80USD, worldwide. For orders below $80 shipping is only $4.95 to anywhere in the world (that a courier can get to).
When will I get a tracking number for my order?
We send out tracking numbers once the order has been processed by our warehouse. You can check the progress of your order by inserting the tracking number into the field provided at the top of the home page.
Is the website secure for online payment?
Yes! We have taken every possible security measure to ensure you can shop online with complete confidence on our site.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in an “order confirmation status”. Your order is then processed and shipped.
The only time that you can cancel or modify your order is during “order confirmation status”. You must contact our customer service team at support@valkyrtools.com and our friendly staff will guide you through the process.
Once your order enters the shipping process we are unable to cancel or modify your order. You can however return your items within 30 Days provided they are unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
I'm getting an error at checkout, what does this mean?
Valkyr Tools requires your web browser to accept cookies in order to have our website work properly.
Please make sure you are using an up to date version of your web browser. You may need to clear your browsers cache and refresh the page if you are experiencing issues logging in or checking out. If you continue to have problems, please contact us at support@valkyrtools.com
Can I use Gift Cards (from Visa/Mastercard/AMEX/Discover) on my purchase?
Gift Cards of this variety typically cannot be authorized for online purchases as they are formatted differently than standard credit/debit cards.
That said, PayPal specifically designed a system to help online retailers deal with the inability to secure a standard Prepaid Gift Card transaction. Customers can associate Prepaid Gift Cards from Visa/Mastercard/AMEX/Discover as payment sources for their PayPal accounts. Please visit the PayPal landing page "How To Pay With Prepaid Gift Cards". Using this system, you can place an order on our site with the Prepaid Gift Cards via PayPal.
